When ordering from my site here's some things you might need to know:
Website Payments - I accept payment through PayPal and all the major credit and debit cards. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is received.
Returns-For collection pieces ordered from the online shop refunds/ exchanges or credit notes shall be given at my discretion.
For our made to order or bespoke orders refunds and exchanges are not possible. If you would like to cancel your bespoke order you must let Jane know within 24hours of deposit being paid. If your piece arrives damaged please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and I will replace the piece when the broken one has been returned.
Ring Sizing- If you have ordered a ring which does not fit we shall give you the first sizing free of charge, any subsequent sizings shall incur a cost.
Social Media- From time to time I might post progress photos and product shots of bespoke orders on @janeharrisonjewellery Instagram and Facebook, If your order is a surprise then let me know and I won't post until piece has been delivered.
Warranty- As all my pieces are made by hand I guarantee work for one year, this does not include wear and tear or accidental damage.
For UK orders made through our website they shall be sent out by Royal Mail Next Day Special which requires a signature on delivery.
Postage and Packaging to Europe shall be £10.00 and International shall be £15.00

For Collection piece orders made through the website the piece shall be shipped in 3-5 working days. As for made to order and bespoke pieces you shall be notified when they are completed, and will then be sent out in the next 3-5 working days.
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and postcode before submitting your order, as providing the wrong information may lead to non delivery. I will not be liable for any delay or non delivery which has been out of my control.
